Hudson Yards is a neighborhood on the West Side of Midtown Manhattan in New York City, bounded roughly by 30th Street in the south, 41st Street in the north, the West Side Highway in the west, and Eighth Avenue in the east.[4][5] The area is the site of a large-scale redevelopment program that is being planned, funded, and constructed under a set of agreements among the State of New York, City of New York, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA), with the aim of expanding the Midtown Manhattan business district westward to the Hudson River. The program includes a major rezoning of the Far West Side, an extension of the New York City Subway’s 7 and <7> trains to a new subway station at 34th Street and 11th Avenue, a renovation and expansion of the Javits Center, and a financing plan to fund the various components. The various components are being planned by the New York City Department of City Planning and New York City Economic Development Corporation.

Over the last decade, Maddd Equities has emerged as a leader in affordable housing in the five boroughs, handling a broad range of real estate disciplines – including investment, development, construction and asset management.

Inwood building

On a vacant parcel in the Hudson Yards district, Maddd Equities have designed and build a new 17-story hotel at 444 10th Avenue in Midtown West. Complete with a ground floor restaurant and a fitness room for the guests, the location of this project will made it a very desirable destination for people visiting New York from all over the globe. The design of the building is inspired by the varied character of this still developing part of the city. Anchored by a very geometric front plane of the façade, the background presents a texture of slim windows that, from inside the rooms, will frame interesting portions of the skyline views.

Located between West 34th and 35th streets, the 151-room hotel was designed by Ariel Aufgang,  The design of the building was “inspired by the varied character of this still developing part of the city,” according to the site for Aufgang Architects. Behind the geometric front plane of the facade, slim windows will peek out at the skyline.

Today inhabit by the  4-star Four Points By Sheraton, the Manhattan Midtown West New York hotel is near a shopping district, around 20 minutes’ walk from Times Square. The hotel provides Wi-Fi, which is available throughout the property.
